0844543353 2017-11-29 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the well equipped with 7 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with the valve open, 1.5 inch diameter production tubing with the valve open, and produced by means of a Drake pumping unit with a gas engine. There are (2) 100 barrel steel tanks, orifice meter, vertical separator, and methanol drip tank all contained within an earthen dike. There is proper identification and the production records are current.
1201353213 2007-02-03 Not Drilled No Violations Well not drilled permit has expired as of this date.

2048329949 2018-11-06 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day, I am conducting a preliminary restoration inspection. The site meets ORC 1509.072 (A) with vegetation established and no substantial erosion. The well is equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing and 1.5 inch diameter tubing with the production valves open. It is setup to be produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and a gas engine. It will be noted there is a slight stuffing box leak that will need to be addressed. The production facility consists of (2) 100 barrel steel tanks, an orifice sales meter with a current chart, vertical separator, and a drip tank all contained within an earthen dike. The tank is properly identified and the production records are current. On 11/6/2018 I spoke with Becky Simms, with Beck Energy, to inform her of the issue and to have it addressed. She indicated that it will be resolved within the next day.
