0865136565 2018-05-10 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am conducting a follow-up inspection to the previous issue. Contact was made to Beck Energy on 12/20/2017. The flowline has been properly fixed and no additional fluid had been released. Issue is resolved.
1260969371 2017-12-11 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the well equipped with 7 inch diameter surface casing with the valve closed, 4.5 inch diameter casing with the valve open, 2 inch diameter tubing with the valve open, and produced by means of a pumping unit with a gas engine. There are (2) 100 barrel steel tanks, a vertical separator, drip tank, domestic meter, and an orifice meter all contained within an earthen dike. The tanks are properly identified and the production records are current. Less than 1 gallon of fluid contamination is present around the base of one of the tanks within the dike. The 2.5 inch diameter flowline leading into the top of the tank appears to have broken, and someone has attempted to patch the flowline with tape. No fluid leaking at this time. Pictures were taken during inspection. I spoke with Tammy at Beck Energy and she is having pumpers address the issue immediately.
