0193590684 2018-05-08 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well constructed in such a way that the casing well head only is visible above grade level. There is 2.375 diameter production tubing present with pumping rods inserted into the tubing. The well is set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit with an electric drive motor in place. There is both casing and tubing well head valves and flow line present and the valves are in the open position. There is a small gas compressor on location next to the well head. Also on location near the well head is a production facility consisting of a single 100 barrel steel construction production tank along with a mechanical separator and gas sales meter with a current sales chart present. There is an earthen dike present around the production facility but no visible standing water has ever been noticed in the dike. The production tank has oil residue on the side of the tank where the tank has overflown and been cleaned up. Oil absorbent material was placed in the dike and is still present. There is a depression inside the dike area whit a trail of oil residue leading from the tank to the depression with oil absorbent still present at that location also. The company has been notified of the house keeping issue and asked to make the dike liquid tight. The dike and well site just feet from a stream identified as Trail Run.
0323588249 2012-04-11 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection the well was complete with a pumping unit. The tank battery contents included one 100 bbl oil storage tank and a mechanical separator. No violations were noted.
1211931263 2017-03-15 Production Wells No Violations Producing well status check inspection found the well equipped with 4.5 diameter production casing and 1.5 diameter production tubing with both casing and tubing well heads present and flow lines attached to both the casing and tubing well heads, production valves are present and in the open position. The well is set up to be produced by the means of an electrically driven pumping unit. A small gas compressor sits near the well head. Also on location is a single 100 barrel production tank and mechanical separator both located inside an established dike area.

1461627343 2016-04-25 Production Wells No Violations On this day while traveling in the area I noticed a smell of crude oil and stopped at the well site to investigate. Upon inspection of the tank battery it was observed that there was a single 100 barrel tank present that had began to overflow with crude oil out of the top hatch, the tank was inside on a dike area. I notified the well owner and they dispatched their workers. I waited in the area until the workers arrived. Upon arrival the company brought their water truck and emptied the tank, they also used oil absorbent rags and recovered approximately 20 gallons of crude oil from within the dike area, no product was left the inside of the dike. The workers last gauged the tank on Thursday April 26th and indicated there was 61 inside the 100 barrel tank. The workers indicated the power was shut off on the pumping unit on Thursday April 26th also. The cause of the spill was determined the well had flowed up the tubing without the assistance of the mechanical pumping unit. All product was recovered by 17:30 hours on this day.
