1525978899 2018-05-10 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection per request of the landowner who indicated the well tank battery appeared to be leaking. Upon arrival it was observed that the mechanical separator pop off had released product onto the side of the production tank and into the tank battery. The product had been recover from inside the dike area and oil absorbent material put down. On this day I spoke with the contract pumper Mike Corp and asked him to tie the separator pop off into the production tank.
