0933568710 2017-02-21 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well equipped with a 11 conductor casing string, a 6.625 diameter production casing string. The 6.625 is standing open to the atmosphere and is leaking gas moderately. No flowlines are attached to the well head. Multiple wells were inspected on the property on this day. The well location coordinates was sent over to the Divisions permitting section for conformation and correction to properly plot the well location. No know current registered owner has been identified and no sign of recent activity is present in the area of the well location.
1487724824 2017-02-21 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well equipped with 11 diameter conductor and 6.625 production casing strings. Both strings are rusted in half above ground level and are starting to fall over. There is a multi port well head still attached to the 6.625 diameter casing. A 2 diameter flow line is attached to the well head and the valve is closed. There is no tubing inserted into the well and no tubing head present to cause a seal thus allowing gas to vent from the well uncontrolled. A local resident who hunts the property has indicated the well vents moderately at times, most noticeably when the air density is heavy or damp. The well site on US Forest Service property. No production tank has been identified as associated to the well however multiple tanks and old production related equipment are present on the densely wooded property.
