1904533195 2018-08-09 Orphan No Violations Landowner reported to Idle Orphan inspector Lynn Parkins the general area of a well that he said that company told him years ago was plugged. Mr. Parkins gave me the contact information for Mr. Beegle. I called him and he explained that there was old casing, tubing and a large valve that he hit more than 20 years ago while mowing his field. He explained that he bent it over. I found the well in the condition reported by Mr. Beegle. It looked like old 5 5/8s casing with tubing inside of it. There was a clamp on the casing. The casing and the tubing was bent over at a 90 degree angle. I will fill out an idle orphan package for this well.
