The owner shall grade or terrace and plant, seed, or sod the area disturbed that is not required in production of the well where necessary to bind the soil and prevent substantial erosion and sedimentation. There is still one joint of 4 1/2 casing, a 2 plastic line, and a frac tank on site. Owner shall remove all equipment used in the drilling of the well. Tanks not set yet.
