1346789717 2012-09-04 Production Wells No Violations Arrived at 0930 hrs on location and met Josh Garland and Jake Glascock to witness frac job on this well. Appalachian Well Services had already run the Cement Bond/Casing Collar logs to locate Berea sandstone before perforations. They then perfed the Berea. Producer Services Corp was preparing to frac the perfs. They were using 20% gel, sand proppant, and water. Did not witness the frac. Had to move with Josh to the next project, a mechanical integrity test on J D Drillings ERP #7 (API 3410521995). Before we left, said hello to Mike McPeak, Bankequity Petroleum and his helper, Jesse.
