0512549486 2018-04-18 Production Wells No Violations The tank in violation has not been moved and is still sitting on cinder blocks where it has been washed out by the creek during high water. The well has not been transferred from Bobby Andersons bond, even though Northeast Fuels phone number is the only legible thing on the tank. Northeast Fuel is no longer in business and told me they transferred their wells to Standard Oil of West Virginia, but are having trouble finding someone to sign the transfer because of a death in the company.
1455146190 2004-09-16 Production Wells No Violations There were no violations at the time.
1521559364 2018-07-06 Production Wells No Violations All violations have been addressed and well is now transferred. Compliance notice issues have been resolved.
1556585896 2018-03-07 Production Wells Violations Noted This well is registered under Bobby Anderson, however Northeast Fuels number was on the tank battery. However Northeast Fuel sold to Standard Oil of West Virginia. I did place a call to the number listed in RBDMS for Bobby Anderson and left a message around 10 a.m. The well used to utilize a small shackle line system and central power for production. However the well now uses a homemade pumping unit, tubing, rods and an electric motor. From the tracks up the lease road it would appear a well tender has been to the location within the last week on a four wheeler. The tank battery is nearer the road and is above the road in a small diked area. There is an old tank that is positioned closer to the road against a small creek. The creek is washing out under the old tank, at some point an old piece of 5 inch casing was shoved under the tank and one end of the casing is resting on a five gallon bucket that is filled with concrete. No legible identification was posted at the wellhead or the tank battery. The number I called on the tank battery was on an old faded identification sign. The tank near the road against the creek will need removed. Identification will need posted at the wellhead and the tank battery. No production has been filed on this well since 2012 and the division was not notified of the well being transferred.
1663258554 2018-06-18 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery has been identified with Standard Oil Inc.s sign. The 100 barrel steel tank still is sitting next to the creek, the well does not have identification posted at the wellhead, the wells have not been transferred and no production has been filed with the state. I called the number on the tank and left a message with the receptionist.
