1262711535 2009-10-13 Orphan No Violations Received a request for inspection and information pertaining to a well located on James Mc Donalds property. James took me to the 10 well casing and I took a GPS and measured the casing at 10 in diameter and sticking 35 out of the ground. The 10 casing has water inside it at 24 from the top of casing. I probed the casing with a stick and was only able to get to 33 (2 above ground level). There are no production lines or equipment on site. No gas bubbles were observed inside the casing during inspection. No oil was observed either inside or outside the casing. No identification was found. A search on Delorme topo quads with a overlay of the wells in area from RBDMS revealed this well # 201 was a good match. A search of the scanned images revealed more evidence that this 10 casing is the # 201. Plug records from September 5, 1941 state that 10 conductor was left in place after filling well with mud from bottom of well to surface. I informed James of my findings.
