1271460925 2010-04-16 Production Wells No Violations Complaint called in by OEPA, Karen Nesbitt. A 55 gallon drum was reported by a citizen to her office east of address 567 Remsen Rd., east of State Rd. The drum is at a natural gas meter base that has been shut in by Gatherco. The drum was used to collect moisture at the drip of the meter base. It has a 1/2 inch layer of hydraulic oil and the remainder is rain water. The meter has been shut-in for 3 years. I called Steve Swain of Landmark LLC. He advised Gatherco owns the meter base and his wells no longer use this base. They use the meter base east of the park. His company will remove the 55 gallon drum. No contamination or odor at the drum. Rain, 70 degrees.
