0093354344 2014-07-21 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/21/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, drip, and small compressor station located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1361991678 2013-02-27 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with an electric powered motor on the wellhead. The pressure on the casing was 66 psi. and the pressure on the tubing could not be determined due to the gauge being broken. A small drip unit with an attached filter canister was plumbed into the casing and then to a small diameter low pressure plastic gas line that led away from the well. No leaks were observed on the wellhead or adjacent piping and the area around the well was nicely maintained. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, a small skid mounted electric powered natural gas compressor unit and two drip units. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank and no leaks were observed on the tank or piping within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape except for a small area that had been dug out to assist in draining rain water from the tank battery. The area wthin and around the tank battery was well maintained. I contacted Jeff Harmon of MFC Drilling and advised him of the breach in the dike. Jeff told me that he will get the dike repaired within the next few days.
