Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
000PL11464 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0957973144 2014-06-26 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 06/26/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank (buried and serving as an underground brine vault), and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. A very small leak was noted from the plug at the bottom of the 100 bbl tank; the leak is contained to the area immediately underneath the plug. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. A stuffing box leak affecting the area immediately around the wellhead was noted at the time of the inspection. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. Randell Oil was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1139943893 2006-02-14 Production Wells No Violations Well in production. Equipped with pump jack, rods and tubing. 1-100 barrel tank and 1-100 barrel tank underground not being used. Sun, 35 degrees.
1358970899 2013-01-23 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. The pressure on the tubing was 60 psi. and I could not determine the pressure on the casing due to the gauge being broken. No leaks were detected on the wellhead or on the piping around the wellhead. The area around the pump jack and wellhead was nicely maintained. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one in ground steel brine storage tank, one vertical oil and gas separator unit and one drip assembly. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank and no leaks were detected on the steel tank or piping within the tank battery. The area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. The dike was eroded and insufficient in height to contain any substantial amount of fluid should there be a spill. The entire south side of the dike was eroded away and non existent. It was determined that this tank battery also handles the production for the Burdett #2 well. I contacted John Davis, production mgr. for Randell Oil (330)-621-1483, about the eroded dike and advised him that he will need to repair it within the next sixty days.
2006448222 2015-09-21 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 09/21/2015. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-partially-buried 50 bbl steel tank (used as an underground brine vault), and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); no well identification is posted at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification is posted at the wellhead, but it does not reflect the current operator and needs updated. John Davis with Randell Oil was notified of this issue and will address it promptly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
