1363118079 | 2013-03-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well and found one electric powered pump jack on the wellhead. There were gauges installed on the casing and the tubing, but I was not able to access them due to the well being totally enclosed with a wooden privacy fence with a locked access gate. Looking through a small opening in the access gate, I was able to determine that there were no visible leaks on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping. The area inside of the fence was well maintained, but there was a small amount of debris and litter that had been thrown over the fence and was lying on the ground around the pump jack. The area outside of the fence was well maintained and was surrounded by pine trees. The tank battery contained two 100 bbl. steel oil storage tanks, one 50 bbl. steel brine storage tank, one vertical oil and gas separator unit with a gas sales chart recorder and one drip assembly. There was also a small skid mounted electric powered natural gas compressor unit located within the tank battery. The entire tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate and the proper identification sign was posted on the fence. No leaks were observed on the tanks or piping within the tank battery, but one of the 100 bbl. oil storage tanks must had been recently overfilled. There was crude oil residue on the outside of the tank from the top to the bottom. There were several sorbent pads that had been placed at the bottom of the tank to catch any dripped residue. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. |
1458447738 | 2014-05-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspected production well on 05/30/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-50 bbl steel tank, 1-vertical separator, and a small compressor station located within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence. A small leak was noted at the bottom of the back tank which will need to be addressed. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked wooden fence. Well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. Landmark 4, LLC was notified of the small leak at the tank battery and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
1510596626 | 2013-05-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well is fenced, equipped with a pump jack, rods and tubing. The well is near the parking lot for the Allard park. There was a leak from the stuffing box and the incorrect API number was on the ID sign. The operator dispatched a pumper who cleaned up the leaked fluid, corrected the sign and performed repairs to the stuffing box. |
