0002579491 2002-04-30 Production Wells No Violations Inspectors Claus and Worstall made a random inspection of the Nedoh #1 and #2 tank battery on 4/11/02 and discovered oil in the dike area and several gas leaks near the separator. A NOV was issued on 4/11/02 requiring spill remediation and gas leak repair. Remediation was required by 5/11/02. On 4/30/02, Inspectors Claus and Worstall revisited the facility. The gas leaks were repaired, the standing water was directed away from the separator and the oil stained soil was removed or covered over with fresh soil. The soil near the load line discharge point was also removed and replaced or covered over with fresh soil. The site should be monitored for any recurrence of the pollution problems.
0012179093 2002-04-11 Production Wells No Violations 4-11-2002; Inspectors Claus and Worstall made a random inspection of the Nedoh #1 and #2 tank battery. The inspection revealed crude oil pollution around the stock tanks and separator. Also a 2 dia. line off the separator was discharging natural gas into the air. An N.O.V. was issued. Required Action - Clean up pollution and correct separator gas discharge. Inspector Worstall contacted King Drilling and informed them of the situation.

1991915109 2014-06-26 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 06/26/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-1,500 gal plastic tank, and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. No identification is posted at the wellhead as required. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of this issue and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
