-670383300 2015-4-21 0:00: PW No Violations
0670383300 2015-04-21 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 04/21/2015. The tank battery consists of 5-100 bbl steel tanks, 2-1,550 gal plastic tanks, 2-vertical separators, and 1-horizontal separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (3); well identification stickers are posted at the tank battery, but they are too faded to read. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification is posted, but it lacks an API Number and location information. Spoke with Steve Swain with Landmark 4 regarding filing ownership paperwork ASAP to get the well properly registered.
1786609913 2014-07-11 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/11/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence, which are shared with the tank battery for the Allard #3A and #4A wells. Proper well identification is posted, however it lists the well as being owned by Landmark 4, LLC rather than domestically (as listed in RBDMS). The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor located within a small barn. A small amount of oil and paraffin was noted in the area immediately around the wellhead, as was a small leak at the stuffing box. Well identification is posted at the wellhead, however it misidentifies the well as the Allard #2 well and lacks a permit number. Dave, Landmark 4, LLCs pumper, was notified of these issues and was onsite directly to repair it and will address the identification issues as soon as possible. He confirmed that the well had been purchased by Landmark. Steve Swain with Landmark 4, LLC was notified of the need to file well transfer paperwork, and will do so directly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
