At the time of my inspection I met with the surface landowners and did not find a well at the listed coordinates in RBDMS. The location was within an agricultural field. No surface expression of a well was found. No equipment or evidence of flow or gathering lines was present. I will contact the ODNR-DOGRM survey department to make an additional attempt to field locate the well. |
