1857780842 2014-03-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I performed a status check on the above location. At this time there has been no drilling activity on the location. The location is secured by a chain link fence and a locked entrance gate. Location is clear of debris. Lease road is in good condition. Erosions control is in good condition. No violation at this time. I spoke with a Chesapeake Representative, Lucas Shipper and he did not know when any drilling active would take place. The drilling permit expired on 11/13/2013.
1972737392 2011-12-28 Surface Facility Construction No Violations The construction of the gravel drill pad and access road is finished. Identification signage posted at the entrance on West Calla Road. The drill pad is enclosed with chain link fencing that is topped with barbed wire. The top soil is stockpiled to the northwest of the drill pad and encircled with silt fence. Erosion control measures are in place along the berms around the drill pad. The gravel pad is flooded with rain water. The crew from Pol Construction is on site pumping water off of the pad.
