The tank battery consists of one 140 barrel stock tank and one separator, no brine storage tank present. The thief hatch was closed and there was a bull plug installed in the draw valve. The tank battery was fenced with chain link, and the dike was free of vegetation and debris. This tank battery is shared with permits 2462 and 2481. Proper identification was posted, and I found no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. No violations at this time. |
