0886380034 2003-11-07 Production Wells No Violations The contamination has been removed and the identification posted. Recommend case be resolved.
1287473623 2018-08-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on well #2-0550. Inspector John Fleming was present during the inspection. RBDMS indicated the well had not had any reportable production since 2015. Access to the well and tank battery remained stable and drivable. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tubing valve was in the closed position. The 4.5 landing joint contained a band clamp to repair a leak. A slight gas odor was observed during the inspection. I placed my gas detector on the ground adjacent to the well head and witnessed the unit fluctuate with LEL gas readings up to 20%. The tank battery was shared with #2-2955. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the equipment. Equipment specific to well #2-0550 consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair. The meter house did not contain a production chart. The production tank remained in good repair. Correct identification was present. Valves were closed and plugged. The concrete brine vault was in good repair above grade. The fluid level was at the base of the lid. While on location Inspector Fleming left a voicemail message with operator representative Mark Spire. I will schedule a follow-up inspection to document the status of the gas levels near the well head and status of well production.
1340260875 2003-09-26 Production Wells Violations Noted The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1- buried salt water tank (concrete), 1- separator and a dike.
1551260281 2017-07-18 Production Wells No Violations I performed a status check on the above location. The tank batty is equipped with one 100 barrel tank and one vertical separator. The well is equipped with 2 3/8 tubing. ID signs are posted. There is a band clamp around the 4.5 casing that has a small leak I called Mark Spare from J R Smails and informed him of the leak.
1932793001 2009-11-04 Production Wells No Violations I walked around the tank battery and the wellhead and found that there were no violations at this time.
886380034 2003-11-7 0:00: PW No Violations 0.50
