000PL13354 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0014907471 2013-02-28 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with an electric powered motor on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the casing or tubing as there were no gauges installed. No leaks were observed on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping. The wellhead and pump jack were enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with an unlocked gate door. A well identification sign was posted on the front of the fence. The area within the fence and around the outside of the fence was well maintained. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one in ground concrete brine storage tank, one vertical oil and gas separator unit, one gas sales run with a working gas sales chart recorder and one drip assembly. There was a residential type gas meter with a regulator and a small drip assembly plumbed into the separator unit. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank and no visible leaks were seen on the tank or piping within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. The tank battery was enclosed on three sides with a tall wooden privacy fence with an unlocked access gate and the east side fence section consisted of a steel chain link fence with barbed wire. An additional well identification sign was posted on the front side of the fence. It was determined that this tank battery also houses production equipment for the Bigler #2 well.
1279748211 2014-07-16 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/16/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-vertical separator, 1-horizontal separator, and 1-underground brine vault within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within an unlocked wooden fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1288049457 2013-11-21 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 11/21/2013 with Tom Benko. Tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl tanks, 2 separators, and an underground brine vault within an unlocked wooden fence. Tank battery is shared by two wells, however each well has their own tank and separator. Wellhead is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at both the tank battery and the wellhead. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1311612128 2004-09-22 Production Wells No Violations Well is equipped with pump jack, rods and tubing. 2- 100 barrel tanks with separator in battery. Concrete brine tank partially underground. Sun, 80 degrees.
