Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1256740744 2009-10-28 Production Wells No Violations On site with Jeff Fry by request of landowner (Nancy Fulks) to chk status of well and feasibility of using it for domestic gas. Talked to her son Dustin at the site.

No pumping unit on the well. It does have rods and tubing in it. The well has been used in the past for heat in the house on the property. The production line to the house is on the casing and the valves are closed. The line from the tubing is hooked to a small tank by the well head and the valves are open. No gas coming from the tubing at this time, indicating that the well may be watered out.
