The complainant, Mrs. Jobeth Fruechnicht, claims that her house was overtaken with a strong gas odor and was making her children ill. Mrs. Fruechnichts house is located just to the south of the well location. I inspected the location. My gas detector did not pick up any methane during inspection. I called and left a message for David R. Hill Inc. in regards to the complaint. During the inspection the pumper pulled in. He informed me what was happening was the separator was dumping gas in the tanks as the line pressure was too high to sell gas into and this was the reason for the gas odor. He explained that they were working on correcting the problem. I stopped by the complainants house and informed her that the company is working on the problem and should not be an issue in the future. |
