During this inspection, the drilling pit was found to have been modified since the last inspection and also contained fluid near maximum capacity. A section of this pit was enlarged with an additional liner overlapped over a section of the initial liner. The soils on the outside bottom to mid-section of dike walls located at the modified section were wet stained. Mr. Jack Greene with the Oxford Oil Company was instructed, in the field, to resolve this deficiency immediately. Mr. Jeff Morans water truck (LBJ Drilling) arrived at location and began removing fluid at the end of cement job. |
