It was pumping during inspection. The well is located in a pasture. The tank battery consists of (1) 100 barrel tank and a gas separator inside an earthen dike. Identification was posted at the tank battery. Restoration meets ORC 1509.072.

As previously noted, the complainant had alleged PN 6094 had disrupted this spring also located on same property as PN 6094 and utilized primarily for agricultural purposes. Refer to Hydrologist, Kyle Tharps investigation). High Range Quantabs were placed in a sample of fluid from the spring. 3.4 units were observed, which equals 587 ppm (mg/L)Cl-.

The company was working on removing the tank battery. The casing will be cut down and ID plate installed later in the day. Time of inspection: 11:45 AM.
2122436715 2012-07-27 Production Wells No Violations The Division received a complaint alleging that PN 6094 has disrupted an agricultural spring located on the same property. Note: The complaint was referred to Hydrologist, Kyle Tharp for investigation. An inspection of the well and related spring were conducted today at the request of Kyle Tharp. The drilling pit has been closed. Mr. Jack Greene with Oxford Oil Company was present for this inspection and stated that the pit abandonment was a standard closure (non-solidification) and conducted after the frac job. High Range Quantabs were placed in fluid directly at the spring (under hillside), and the line from this location routed into the concrete containment. 5.4 units, which equal 1351 ppm (mg/L)Cl- were observed. A Quantab was also placed in the stream near discharge line from concrete containment and showed 5.6 units. Note: Rainfall event last night. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and spring. The distance between the well and spring were approximately 1050. The spring is at a lower elevation (1023) than the well (1088). Mr. Tharp was advised of inspection results and the complaint database was updated. Mr. Tharp will now schedule an investigation and also obtain samples from this spring to deliver to lab for results.
