0161436762 2011-02-28 Production Wells No Violations The Division received a landowner complaint alleging that Permit No. 5981 disrupted the production on their oil and gas well. An inspection of this well was conducted with Mr. Will Ziegler. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and showed signs of production. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and tank battery locations. Following the inspection, the landowner was informed that this case would be handed over to the DMRM Permitting Section for further review. Central Office was notified of the inspection results to include GPS coordinates for both well locations.

Valves were open at time of inspection and the pumpjack has been painted black and orange in color. Wellhead is located in a crop field. The tank battery consists of two 100 barrel tanks and a vertical seperator within an earthen dike. Tanks are green in color and identification can be found at the tank battery.

1298988924 2011-02-28 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I inspected the well location with Brent Bear. There is an active pumping unit located in an agricultural field. The well location has been landscaped with pine trees. The location has been properly graded and vegetation is established. The lease road is well maintained. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel tank and a separator contained within an earthen dike. There is proper identification posted at the tank battery.
