1696741358 2013-10-30 Preliminary Restoration No Violations This inspection was conducted as a preliminary restoration status check. The well does not require a pumping unit. Valves were in the open position and gas could be heard singing through the flow line. The area around the well has been restored. Restoration meets ORC 1509.072 requirements.
