0058143415 2002-10-15 Production Wells No Violations Accompanied by Sup. Fry, and Insp Benko. Inspection revealed a kill area from the tank battery south. There is fluid in the dike area. (Southwest corner of the dike has been repaired) I tested the fluid with a high range quantab and it went off the scale. I then took a cube container of the fluid. Wellhead inspection revealed the annulus is open to the atmosphere. It appears that a 2 plastic line has been used to dispose of brine down the annulus. Owner appears to have taken dirt to cover the kill area and make repairs to the dike. Insp. Benko took photos of the well head, tank battery, and the kill area.
