The inspection revealed no well found utilizing RBMDS coordinates. I searched an approximate 50 foot radius of RBDMS coordinates N 40.01558 W -82.23353 and did not find a well. There was evidence of a well at one time as plastic and metal line was observed near the RBDMS coordinate location. RBDMS records revealed a plug permit was issued on 10/30/1986 although a plug report could not be found. Time of inspection: 2:15 PM. Weather: 58*F, Sunny/windy |
