1966620608 2012-10-23 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I inspected plugging operations on this well. R & J Well Service was contracted by Ron Babcock to plug this well with clay. The 4.5 inch casing was ripped at approximately 2,600 feet. After the rip 250 shovels of clay washed on bottom for a 500 foot bottom plug. A brush and stone plug was set at approximately 920 feet and clay was washed in to surface.
