1026174200 2018-04-11 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed that the well was equipped with a pumping unit and gas motor. It was covered in briars and did not indicate recent signs of production. The valves were shut on the wellhead. I observed a 100 barrel tank on top of the hill above the well. The tank was leaking water from a 2 inch valve. It appeared to be fresh water as there no distressed vegetation on the ground. There was an identification sticker on the tank but was too faded to be legible. I observed another 100 barrel tank and a separator on the northern edge of the property. I was told that this tank battery went with the Fisher #4 well from adjacent landowner Mr. Ron Simpson. I did not observe identification at this tank battery. Time of inspection: 1:40 PM. Weather: 56 degrees F, Sunny
