1088775483	2004-07-02	Production Wells	Violations Noted	Inspection conducted at the request of Sherry Young. Accompanied by Jeff Fry. Inspection revealed the well we located has rods and tubing in it and the domestic gas lines have been cut at the well. There is no storage tank on site and two (2) inch steel and plastic line on site. I left my card on a truck in the drive way to have Mr. Or Mrs. Lehman to call me. At 9:48 A.M. Jeff called Sherry and advised her of our findings.
