Notified Central Office of deficiency and it was determined that said well being plugged is Permit 2240, Clutter #1 not Permit 1344, Carl Clutter #1. A correction will be made to the plug permit to show Permit 2240. Permit 1344 had been plugged and abandoned approx 1 year after drilled.
