0923560446 2010-06-07 Enhanced Recovery Project No Violations Received memo requesting site evaluation for conversion to ERP from Tom Tomastik UIC Geologist. Well is located on a wooded hillside. Well is 111 feet from an intermittent stream that flows to Long Creek. A search of the ground water well data base with a 1/2 mile radius listed no water wells with in 1/2 mile of proposed ERP conversion well. Well is currently equipped with tubing, rods, pump jack, electric service and electric motor. Well is connected to production line. Id has not been updated from North coast to Enervest at the time of inspection.
