0468560770 2017-11-15 Production Wells No Violations On the day of this inspection, I am doing a follow up to NOV# 556230837. The tank battery has new dike walls all around that are higher than previous dike. Inside the tank battery there is a mesh liner at the bottom covered with gravel with a new dike drain. The contaminated area outside the tank battery now has grass and other vegetation growing. Inside the dike it was free of oil and water during my inspection. Identification was posted and legible at tank battery.
0556230837 2016-05-16 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspector Jon Scott called me Friday afternoon to make me aware of the conditions of the tanks, the dike, the dike drain and a large area outside the tank where brine was found. Upon my arrival I seen the water coming out of the dike drain. The area affected was easily identifiable. All contaminated soil must be removed from inside and outside of the dike. The contaminated soil must be disposed of in an EPA approved landfill. Any tanks or lines with holes must be removed from production, replaced or fixed to remove the source of the contamination. With one of the tanks having multiple holes in the side and one heater tube leaking, the bottom of the remaining tanks would be very suspect. Identification will be posted at the tank battery as well as the individual wells.
1425259711 2016-06-10 Administrative Inspection No Violations Ezra Schoolcraft called to day to ask about changing the location of tanks where the contamination occurred. We also discussed his progress with the other things on the list.
