Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1402949670 2014-06-10 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected the location of the former well for final restoration. The well was completed on 05/30/1956 and plugged and abandoned on 03/26/1990. A plugging report was filed with ODNR. The area of the former well is now occupied by a mulit-home residential development. No evidence remains of the former producing unit, associated appurtenances, or lease road. Pits and other features have been filled and regraded. The requirements for final restoration have been met.
