0259648777 2013-05-31 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of the following elements: a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift, and a tank battery system. There are no enclosures. The tank battery is comprised of one 210-barrel and and mechanical separator. Secondary containment is present at the tank battery. Unit spacing is in accordance with the regulations. There is a unit ID at the tank battery. I did not observe any signs of leakage or other problems.

0605097614 2019-03-26 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a compliance notice follow-up inspection for compliance notice # 1531499835, regarding the installation of updated identification at the well site and the removal of the 210 BBL tank due to numerous holes along the side. At the time of this inspection, the identification has been installed on the mechanical separator with the current owner information. The 210 BBL tank still has not been removed and still needs removed from the diked tank battery due to numerous holes near the top of the tank. The well was not in production, at the time of this inspection.
0718802039 2010-09-02 Production Wells No Violations There were no violations found at the time.
1279576084 2017-09-22 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system, with associated tank battery. The system is located in a clearing within a wooded area on a larger, undeveloped parcel. Fittings and connections were secure. I did note that the ID signage had not been changed or updated to reflect the change of ownership that had occurred in 2016. The owner has made repeated pledges to update the signage on the well but with no results.
1417795955 2014-12-05 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this producing location as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead and battery are located at the terminus of a dedicated lease road which enters from Vrooman Rd. The wellhead plunger lift is in operation and the fittings and connections are free from signs of leakage or other problems. The battery is comprised of 1 210-barrel steel production tank. The tank is exhibiting significant corrosion near the top with several penetrating holes. The integrity of this tank has been compromised and must be removed from the battery. Ive notified Great Plains about the issue and am waiting for a response.
1531499835 2018-07-13 Production Wells Violations Noted I inspected this producing well location as part of routine inspection activity. In addition, the 210-barrel production tank was severely corroded with numerous perforating holes that have rendered the tank not fit for storage. The owner must correct the missing signage and remove the failed 210-barrel production tank from service within 30 days, and prior to returning the well to production. Please contact Inspector Stephen Tompkins at 330-907-4647 with questions regarding this compliance notice.
1748655849 2016-02-24 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system and tank battery with one 210-barrel steel tank and separator unit. Tnak lids were closed and secure. Load-lines were plugged and secure. Secondary contaiment was intact. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery and did not observe any signs of impact relating to the on-going production activity. Access to the well and battery was afforded by a shared-use unpaved access road which was in good condition.
