0883278753 | 2017-03-20 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead and associated tank battery located in a rural area, on an otherwise undeveloped parcel consisting chiefly of rolling woodland and upland meadows. Access to the wellhead and battery was from a short, gravel-paved access road that enters from Wisener Road. The wellhead was comprised of a plunger-lift system in a locked enclosure. The battery was comprised of two 100-barrel stock tanks, two plastic brine tanks, and separators. The battery is shared with the #2-1819. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. The load-line valves were locked and secure. Tank lids were closed. Secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery and found no signs of impact or problems. |
1030320779 | 2006-07-20 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Location needs final grade and seed. |
1315196097 | 2014-09-30 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The producing unit is currently comprised of a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system in a locked chain-link enclosure, and tank battery is separate chain-link enclosure. The battery is currently shared with the #2-1819 unit (located in Geauga Co.). The well is currently producing. I did not observe any signs of leaks or problems. The associated tank battery is free from signs of leaks, spills or other problems. |
1539690104 | 2013-06-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | The producing unit consists of the following elements: A production wellhead and storage tank battery. The production wellhead is fitted with a mechanical plunger lift system and is located 200 feet north of the tank battery. The tank battery system includes 2 100-barrel storage tanks, a 50-barrel poly tank, 2 mechanical separators and associated appurtenances. The battery is shared with the L. Murfrey Unit. The tank battery is enclosed in a chain link enclosure. The enclosure is locked and the secondary containment is good. Tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1501:09. No problems or violations noted. |

1870097263 | 2019-02-07 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production. There was a domestic line plumbed off the 4.5 inch casing with a regulator, meter and drip bottle. The valve on the domestic line was open. The well was fenced with a locked man door and legible identification was present. The tank battery was comprised of two 100 BBL tanks, two 25 BBL poly tanks and two mechanical separators. Valves on the separators were open and the charts on the sales lines showed production. The diked tank battery was shared with well 2-1819 and fenced with a locked man door. Legible identification was present at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. |
