0890396688 | 2017-03-17 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated battery located on the grounds of the Andrews Osborne school, at the south side of the school property. The entry and initial portion of the access road is shared with the school facility, and was in good condition. There is a dedicated, gravel-paved access road that continues south from the equestrian area, and provides access to two additional producing wells (#2-1159 and #2-1179). The dedicated portion of the access road was well drained and in good condition. Access gates and load-lines were locked and secure with the following exception: brine load-line valve was not locked or plugged. Tank lids were closed and secure. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery and found the natural conditions intact with no signs of impact or problems. I contacted well tender Matt Postlewaite and advised him about the need for plug and lock at the brine load line. He advised that the problem would be remdied wihtin the week. |

1373997766 | 2013-07-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The producing unit consists of a wellhead and mechanical plunger-lift unit and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery with two steel 140-barrel production tanks, one poly 20-barrel brine tank, and mechanical separator. The unit ID is present and meets requirements. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The battery secondary containment is good. The wellhead and battery are in separate chain-link enclosures. Safety equipment is needed in accordance with 1501:9-9-05E. I did not observe any evidence of leakage or spills. |
