0245404181 | 2017-11-29 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located on a rural parcel. At the time of this inspection, I found the following: a wellhead pump-jack unit and associated battery in separate chain-link enclosures. The fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage or problems. Fittings and connections at the battery were secure. The load-lines were plugged and locked. ID signage was present and current. The secondary containment was intact with no signs of leakage, spills, or problems. The shared-use access road was in good condition. The well was in active production. The chart recorder was active. Production reports and insurance were current. |
0496226077 | 2011-06-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Wellhead is a pumpjack in good repair. Tank battery contains 2-100 bbl production tanks and 1-50 bbl polytank. Spacing is good. Fence is in place and locked, dike is good. Vent hatches installed and closed. Lightning arrestor and filter in place. Feed lines are bullplugged. Lease road is stable. No violations at this time. |

1486622634 | 2012-07-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today found a pumping unit well. The operator has recently cleaned the drips out next to the well. There is over spray from cleaning the drips, the operator has placed absorbent material down to stabilize the spill. Operator will be contacted and reminded to clean up absorbent material. The tank battery has two 100 barrel production tanks, one poly brine tank and a mechincal separator in it. Production tank spacing is not correct. The tanks are within 1.5 feet of each other. Preliminary restoration has been passed by previous inspector. Urban safety equipment is in place on the tank battery. Man doors were locked. Dike has sufficient capacity for the size of thanks in the battery. |
1508969224 | 2014-08-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 07/08/2005. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and electric pump jack system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The wellhead and surrounding area are free of signs of leaks or other impacts. The wellhead and battery are located in a sparsely developed portion of Willoughby Twp. The area surround the wellhead is primarily a low-land meadow adjacent to the Chagrin River. Access to the wellhead and battery are via a dedicated gravel access road which travels south from Pleasant Valley Road Metro Park The battery is comprised of 2 steel 100-barrel production tanks, 125-barrel poly brine tank, and separator unit. The load-out is bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. The spacing between the production tanks does not meet the required 3. Surface drainage from the area is to the north, towards the Chagrin River, 300 mile east. I did not observe any gully formation or other surface drainage erosional deficits. The ID placards at the wellhead and battery are in good condition. I notified Alliance about the need for signage at the gated entry to the area and for spacing compliance at the battery. |
