At the time of this inspection, the indicated deficiency had been remedied. However, the identifying signage had remained unchanged since the previous change of ownership and had not been updated to reflect new ownership, and the fence enclosure at the wellhead remains broken down. Repeated calls to the owner have not produced any demonstrable action or results on these items.

0783173798 2016-01-26 Production Wells Violations Noted I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located in a generally sparsely developed, rural, residential area. Access to the well is afforded by a dedicated, unpaved access road. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with pump jack system, a tank battery comprised of one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel steel brine tank, and separator. The individual elements were housed in separate board-on-board enclosures. The load-outs were bull-plugged and secure. Secondary containment is intact. I observed the following maintenance issues: the ID signage is not clearly visible on the outside of the enclosure. The enclosure gate at the wellhead is broken and not secure. The owner must remedy the following by 04/04/2016: Fix the well enclosure and secure with a lock. Contact Inspector Stephen Tompkins at 330-907-4647 with questions regarding this inspection.
