1257877618 2013-07-15 UrbanPreliminary Restoration No Violations The producing unit consists of a wellhead and pumpjack unit and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery with one steel 210-barrel production tank, one steel 50-barrel brine tank, mechanical separator, and metering run. There are no enclosures. The unit ID is present and meets requirements. The loadouts are locked. The battery secondary containment is good. There is some oil floating on water ponded around the base of the wellhead. I called Pierre at Allied and asked him to check on the wellhead, fix any problem with the stuffing box, and clean up oil with sorbent pads as needed. He said he would be going there today.

1360622564 2013-02-11 UrbanProduction Wells Violations Noted The producing unit consists of the following elements: a wellhead with a pumpjack unit and tank battery. The tank battery is comprised of one 210-barrel production tank, one 50-barrel brine tank, a mechanical separator, and associated appurtenances. The wellhead is fitted with a pumpjack unit which is in operation. The spacing of elements within the producing unit is in accordance with rules. I observed residual oil staining on the production tank, and around the base of the tank as well as oil staining from apparent leaking fittings and connections. There did not appear to be an active leak at the time of the inspection. I notified Cindy Moore of Allied Oil Field Services about the oil staining. She agreed to remediate the situation within 60 days.
1974638130 2016-04-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: one wellhead with pump jack system located in am opening in an otherwise wooded area. The associated battery is located along the unpaved access road which enters from Ford Road. The battery is comprised of one 210-barrel steel production tank, and one 100-barrel brine tank, with separator with associated appurtenances. Load lines were plugged and secure. Secondary containment was intact. Signage was present. Production reports were current.
2044663685 2017-11-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located on an otherwise undeveloped parcel, with the battery located next to the gravel-paved dedicated access road, and the well beyond, in an opening in a wooded area. At the time of this inspection, I found the following: a wellhead pump jack unit and associated battery. The fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage or problems. The small, containment berm at the wellhead was partially filled with rain water, which was free from oily sheen or other indications of problems. Fittings and connections at the battery were secure. The load-lines were plugged and locked. ID signage was present and current. The secondary containment was intact with no signs of leakage, spills, or problems. The well was in active production. Production reports were current. Bonding and insurance was in place and current.
