0080211666 2013-09-24 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producinjg wellhead is currently fitted with a pumpjack system and is producing. There is no identification at the wellhead. The aboveground tank battery is comprised of 2 steel 100-barrel production tanks and 1 steel 50-barrel brine tank. There are three separator units for the three producing wells shared by this battery (#20565, #21078, and #20518). The lids are open on all three tanks. These are required to be cloased when unattended. Production tank #37088 has no lid. The secondary containment dike is low on the south side and not SPCC compliant. There are ID placards at the battery.
0226242629 2018-09-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well in repsonse to a complaint in which the complainant had reported that the contact number at the well was not operational. At the time of this inspection, I found the newer signage at the tank battery was accurate and the contact number was functioning. There was older signage at the wellhead that was an older number. I advised the well owner to remove any older, out-dated signage and numbers and he indicated this would be remedied.

0390374451 2017-02-08 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery located on a larger, farm parcel on Shepard Road. Fittings at the wellhead including flow-line connections and stuffing box fittings were secure and free from leakage. The tank battery was comprised of two 100-barrel steel production tanks and one 50-barrel steel brine tank. The battery is shared with the Losely 10 well (#2-0518) and the Horak well (#2-0565). The secondary containment was present and intact. The visible system connections were secure and free from leakage. I walked the areas surrounding both the wellhead and battery which were comprised of a relatively level and open farm field. I did not observe any signs of impact. The unpaved access road was mostly well drained with some pot-holing typical of a shared-use farm road.
