0651583507 2013-10-02 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit at the wellhead and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 2 140-barrel steel production tanks, and a separator unit. The elements are enclosed in separate chain-link fences. There is adequate secondary containment. The signage is in poor condition. I will call Norshar about remedy for the sign. The battery is shared with the #1025 unit.

1218986348 2015-03-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is comprised of a wellhead with concoil system inside a small chain-link enclosure adjacent to a tank battery in a separate chain-link enclosure. The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel tanks (1 production, 1 brine), and mechanical separator. There is no identifying signage at the wellhead. The existing signage at the battery is unreadable. Connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. I contacted Gene Moeller, contract well tender for the well owner, and advised about the need for complete and accurate signage. He indicated that the signs will be fixed as soon as possible,

I had noted at a previous inspection that there was some minor leakage at the cross-over line at the tank battery. At the time of this inspection, that leakage had been fixed. Fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage. The secondary containment was intact. The integrity of the tanks appeared to be good. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and observed no signs of problems.

At the the time of the previous inspection, I had noted that the ID signage at the battery was deteriorated and unreadable. At the time of this inspection, the signage has been updated and repaired. There is no signage at the wellhead. Connections at the wellhead and battery were secure, with the following exception: The 2-inch diameter cross-over line between the 100-barrel tanks is corroded and showing some minor leakage. The enclosure gates were locked and secure. The tank lids were closed. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and tank battery (shared with the #2-1025) and did not observe any signs of problems or signs of impact or degradation. I contacted
