1382373542 2013-10-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a pump jack unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel production tanks and 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator unit. The wellhead and battery are both enclosed in separate chain-link fences. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The ID and secondary containment are good. No problems noted.
1551988296 2019-03-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and in production, at the time of this inspection. The valve on the well tubing was open and the valve on the 2 inch flow line was open. The well was fenced. The tank battery was comprised of one 140 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank, one 50 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The diked tank battery was fenced with a locked man door. Legible identification was present at the tank battery and the lease access was stable.

1757907388 2017-03-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery located adjacent to the parking area of the church facility in separate chain-link enclosures. Access to the battery and wellhead was afforded by a short, access road which was snow-covered, but accessible. The battery was comprised of two 140-barrel steel production tanks, one 50-barrel steel brine tank, and horizontal separator. The fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from signs of leakage. The load-lines were plugged and secure. The ID signage was present and accurate. The gates were not secure with locks. I contacted well owner Clarence Tussel regarding the need for locks at the gates and load lines. He indicated that
1809918644 2017-12-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection I observed the following: fittings and connections at the well and associated battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. The load line valves were plugged and secure. Tank lids were closed and sealed. The secondary containment was intact. I noted that the enclosure gates were closed but lacking locks, which I had made note of previously. I contacted the owner and advised about the need for locks on the gates. He indicated that it would be fixed this week.
