0466389917 2017-02-13 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I visited this well location as a follow-up to an earlier inspection visit. During the previous visit, the landowner at 3610 River Road had indicated that they were trying to resolve a problem receiving house gas from the well, which is located on the adjacent property. At the time of this visit, the landowner indicated they are still trying to negotiate with the well owner regarding the lease agreement.

1425526941 2016-12-01 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location pursuant to a request from the existing landowner at 3610 River Road. The landowner had inquired about the lack of gas supply from the well to the house and sought clarification. At the time of this inspection, the well was comprised of a wellhead pump jack system in a chain-link enclosure which was locked. The fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from leakage. The associated tank battery was comprised of a 140-barrel production tank and 20-barrel brine tank. The load lines were locked and secure. The broken fencing and missing signage that I had noted during a previous inspection had been repaired. I did note that the signage has become faded and hard to read. There was a domestic supply meter at the pump jack and a separate meter at the separator. I contacted Matt Sisson (contract well tender) about the domestic meters and the particulars about the gas service. Matt indicated that the meter located at the wellhead provides service to the house at 3610 River Road. The meter at the battery supplies the house at 3620. According to Matt, neither of the meters was functional and required replacement, at the expense of the individual homeowners. Further, Matt indicated that there was some leakage noted to be occurring at the connection near the house, which required repair by the homeowner. I met with the existing landowner at 3610 and discussed the findings and information from Matt Sisson. I provided contact information for oil and gas well contractors and advised them to review the existing lease agreement for details regarding gas supply and responsibilities for on-going maintenance to the domestic appurtenances. I also contacted John Raber with M & R Investments who indicated that that domestic supply metering and other domestic supply connections downstream of the metering were the responsibility of the landowner. The landowners will be evaluating their options and will report back.
2034024398 2014-05-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit is comprised of a wellhead with electric pump jack system in a chain-link enclosure and an above-ground storage (AST) battery in a separate enclosure. The battery enclosure is partially torn town. There are fallen branches in the enclosure. The battery consists of 1 100-barrel steel production tank and 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and horizontal separator. There are domestic meter units at the battery and wellhead. There is no legible ID at either the wellhead or battery. The secondary containment at the battery is insufficient to contain any type of spill. I am notifying Broad Street regarding the need for correct ID and maintenance to dike and fence.
