0036958070 2013-10-04 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit at the wellhead and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 140-barrel steel production tank, 1 25-barrel poly brine tank, and separator unit. The wellhead is enclosed in a chain-link enclosure. The tank battery is enclosed in a chain-link fence, but the fence is broken down on the north side. There is adequate secondary containment. The ID at the wellhead is from a previous owner/operator and is not current or readable. The battery ID placard is present and adequate. The load outs are not locked but are bull-plugged. I will notify Broad Street Energy about the maintenance issues.
