Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1546028639 2018-12-18 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations I conducted an exempt domestic pre-transfer inspection on this well. At the time of this inspection, the well consisted of 4.5 inch casing covered with a steel plate that has been bolted down. There were two, 1 inch lines from the casing with closed ball valves on the ends. The 1 inch lines are not connected to any equipment or dwelling. The well was located approximately 133 feet from the nearest unoccupied dwelling located on adjacent parcel 03A0140000210 owned by Tresa M. Beardslee. I contacted landowner James Beardslee regarding the need for identification to be installed at the well location. Mr. Beardslee stated that the well was going to be used for domestic purposes on the parcel the well is located.
