0577189278 2016-01-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of an evaluation of current site conditions. The well and battery are located on an otherwise undeveloped parcel. Much of the parcel is overgrown with tall, grassy, wetland-type vegetation. At the time of this inspection, the following elements were present: a wellhead with 8 5/8-inch surface casing, 3.5-inch production casing, and mechanical plunger lift. I observed gas leaking from the around the 8 5/8-inch casing. There was a battery with one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel steel, horizontal brine tank, and separator unit. The various elements show significant corrosion and lack of maintenance. I observed numerous perforating holes in the production tank. To date, the owner of record has not responded to attempts to contact them. Liability insurance coverage has lapsed.

1259170136 2017-02-21 Orphan No Violations I inspected this well as part of an evaluation for possible inclusion into the Idle & Orphan Well Program. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The production system was comprised of a wellhead and associated tank battery located in an otherwise undeveloped parcel with low-lying and poorly-drained areas surrounding. I observed gas leaking from the surface casing, which was submerged under standing surface water within a thicket of tall, wetlands-type grassy vegetation. The supply-line and domestic connections were closed. There was an associated tank battery comprised of one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel steel tank (laying on its side), and a horizontal separator located adjacent to the main roadway. The fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery exhibited severe corrosion with no signs of recent maintenance. The gravel-paved access road was rutted and displayed some ponded areas but was drivable to the wellhead.
1488914772 2017-03-07 Orphan No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with 8.625 and 3.5 casing. The 3.5 well casing is plumbed up above ground and has a wellhead tree in place. There is natural gas leaking up around the base of the well that is under water. There is a domestic supply that is currently shut in, plumbed into the 3.5 casing. There is a 2 flow line plumbed from the wellhead to the tank battery. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. There are no overhead obstructions above the tank battery or the well. The well is easily accessed from a previous lease road.
