The well was initially going to be plugged with clay throughout, but after unsuccessfully trying to remove a 3 X 5.1875 Larkin tubing anchor Mr. McCombs suggested that the Clinton sand plug be set with a cement slurry. Activities were delayed until a work string could be located and cementers secured. No violations were identified during this inspection. |

We reviewed well construction, volumetrics of open hole and annular spaces and cement requirements. Wright Well Service (WWS) lowered 1.9 O.D. tubing to 2796 GL. Formation Cementing connected to the 1.9 O.D. tubing and established circulation with 20 barrels of water. A cement slurry was displaced from 2796 to 2450. Cement density was scaled at 15.2 ppg. Circulation was continous throughout the entire job. WWS removed the 1.9 O.D. work string from the three (3) inch. No violations were identified during this inspection of activities. |
